For adventures further afield, Villa Montana Beach Resort recommends the following activities for our guests and families.

Try deep sea or light tackle fishing, whale watching from January through March, golfing at nearly Borinquen overlooking the ocean and offering reasonable greens fees, or canyoneering, rappelling and zip lining among the tropical rain forest, jungle ravines and rivers.

Other fun adventures in Puerto Rico include spelunking and rapelling in the world’s third largest limestone cave system, mountain and jungle hiking, Unesco Biosphere experience hike in a ‘dry forest’, visiting a rum baron’s mansion from the glory days of plantation life, or visiting an ancient pre-Columbian ceremonial site.
