Villa Montana Beach Resort offers two restaurants, each totally different in character and cuisine. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Eclipse Restaurant on our covered al fresco terrace overlooking the sea. ‘O’ is a tapas lounge and bar, open Tuesday through Saturday evenings (Seasonal). Guests at Villa Montana also may enjoy a beach picnic complete with beach campfire, or private in-villa dining, perfect for couples and families. |

Let us prepare a gourmet picnic basket to take on horseback or for a stroll down the beach for a private romantic meal, or fun family event. How about a private beach dinner for two under a canopy with candles surrounding you on the sand? We are here to make your dining in Puerto Rico special and memorable. For dining in the privacy of your Puerto Rico villa, we offer room service, and will even have our Chef prepare a special menu. Or he can personally cook for you and bring along a few waiters to make your private evening or family event hassle free. |

If you would like to have your refrigerator stocked with groceries prior to your arrival, please fill out the grocery list and we will have your refrigerator filled when you arrive. How easy is that? The kids won't have to wait for room service or for mom and dad to drive to the grocery. Chef Jeremie’s dedication and innovation earned him chef responsibility at five restaurants at El Conquistador and Las Casitas Village, as well as being the banquet chef for the Conquistador Resort. His experience continued as the Executive Chef for the Westin Rio Mar Resort Country Club, responsible for three restaurants. In 2000, he took on the challenge of seven restaurants under the umbrella of Creative Food Concepts. Chef Jeremie has trained in France with Paul Bocuse, Gerald Boyer, and Phillipe Legande. Jeremie was named Caribbean Chef of the Year 1997 -98. He is a member and was a trainer for the National Culinary Team of Puerto Rico from 1997 to 2002. Jeremie was also featured in Gourmet Magazine and in the Great Chefs of the World television program for the Discovery Channel. He is a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs and was named Rising Star Chef of the XXI Century at the James Bear Awards. At Villa Montana Beach Resort we like seeing families enjoying dining together in our outside open air restaurant overlooking the Caribbean. We offer a child’s menu to better suit their tastes. |
