Villa Montana Beach Resort is an isolated, private Caribbean beach front resort located at the Northwest tip of Puerto Rico on three miles of deserted beach, and also just 15 minutes from an international airport serving the US and San Juan - Aguadilla Airport, code BQN.

Direct Flights from US Mainland to Aguadilla and flights to San Juan

The Aguadilla Airport (BQN) offers direct flights from Newark, JFK, and Orlando. Choose from two direct flights a day from New York JFK via JetBlue and one direct flight from Newark EWR a day via Continental, as well as Orlando via JetBlue and Spirit Air, and Fort Lauderdale via Spirit Air.

We are a ninety minute drive from San Juan, Puerto Rico, where incoming flights from all over the mainland USA, Latin America, South America, Spain, France, and the UK arrive. We also have our own helicopter landing pad. for coordinates, please call 1 787 872 9554

At Villa Montana Caribbean Beach Resort it is not necessary to have a rental car.

We will arrange for your pickup by taxi at Aguadilla, BQN Airport or arrange for a car for you at San Juan, SJU, Airport. Then there is no need to leave the resort unless you wish to make an excursion. The resort staff will pick up groceries if you need them. Many of our excursion partners for canyoneering will pick you up at the resort if there are at least six of you.Car Service to the resort is $120 from San Juan and $28 from Aguadilla BQN Airport. Villa Montana Beach Resort will arrange for your pick-up from either airport.

If you choose to rent a car, it is easy, and Enterprise Car Rental at Aguadilla Airport offers Villa Montana Beach Resort guests a 10% discount.

Driving Directions from Aguadilla Airport - BQN to the beachfront Puerto Rico Hotel

As you leave the airport turn to your right, at the end of that street turn to your left, take your first entrance on your right. As you go by the police station follow the street up to a fence and turn left.

Then take your first right (Route 110) in approximately 3 miles you’ll see a blinking light (intersection 4466), turn to your left. After going down the hill, take your first left which is the entrance road to the Villa Montana Beach Resort.

From San Juan Airport

• The drive from San Juan takes about 90 minutes.
• From the airport, just follow the signs for Route # 22 in the direction of Bayamón. Continue on this expressway which eventually turns into PR Route # 2 toward Arecibo, Isabela & Aguadilla.
• There are several toll booths along the way with tolls of 50¢ or 70¢ (exact change lanes are available). You will pass the towns of Arecibo and Isabela.
• Once you pass Isabela and reach the kilometer markings for kilometer 118, watch for the turn-off for Route # 110 in the direction of Punta Borinquen and the Raphael Hernandez Airport.
• Follow this road for several miles, past the Hewlett Packard facilities and look for the turn for Route # 4466 on the right in the direction of Playa Jobos.
• This road takes a few turns as it comes down off the limestone cliffs toward the beach and you will see the signs for Villa Montaña Beach Resort on the left.
• Continue across a small mangrove area, past a few small houses of typical Puerto Rican open loggia design, past the stables with it's large loggia house and to our private corner.
• The gates will be before you. Our reception is just to the right. At night, you will see the torches.
• During the night, our security team mans the desk and will get you settled in.
