Aguadilla Restaurant - Fine Dining in Aguadilla

Our designer, Jessica Tiphaine, brings a keen sense of an antidote to life on the beach.

Here she gives us a sophisticated cultural and aesthetic tour through the Eastern sensibilities.

The lounging - bar - restaurant - conversation experience that she has created for us has one purpose -

to give our guests a sensual experience that urges great conversation and exuberance.

Swank dens to hide in.

Cushioned platforms to dine on.

Bursting through ancient gates into a sanctum of candles and cushions.

Water moving through rocks.

Loungers at Japanese style "low tables".

Sybarite world with Eastern restraint under bamboo canopy.

Chef Jeremie Cruz, adds in small tasting dishes for our guests to pass, to share, to taste again. The table is for small plate - tapas dining: creations for nibbling.

The courses flow to amaze and delight.

It is fun food with flare and exotic tastes from all the world.

More than fusion.

Less than full.

You can see "O" to the left.
Now here are the words for the palate.
